So following the receipt of a distinction in my Masters, I am once again applying to study for a PHd . Had to let the Manchester offer go after deferring for 3 years. Been doing a lot of reading and reflecting and am not going to work on the new proposal...

I'm actually in the discerning process right now too. I found a program that will work for me, but as I started to look at the price tag I got cold feet. But still thinking...
